Tenant Acquisition Only:

• No set-up fee required.
• Fee equal to one month's rent due upon qualification of tenant inclining reference checks.
• Marketing costs and activities are included.
• Credit reports and background checks are billed at cost.
  
  

Tenant Acquisition and Full Management Services

• One time set up fee of $250 due upon signing of management contract.
• Fee equal to 1/2 of one month's rent, or $500, whichever is greater, due upon successful qualification of tenant.
• Marketing costs and activities are included.
• Credit reports and background checks are billed at cost.
• Monthly management fee: 10% of gross rental income received.
• Necessary repairs are billed at cost. Repairs exceeding ______ require prior approval of owner
